Kondrashov, "set the goal and go for it" – this is his motto
in life.
The artist was born on 27th of November in village Verhnie Duby, Rostov oblast, Russia. He has been drawing since childhood. After
graduation from secondary school in 1974 continued his education
at special courses for graphic designers in Lugansk. In 1977–1981
studied at Lugansk State Art School. In 1983 entered the Academy
of Art in Leningrad, from which Sergey graduated with the special
honor from the Examination Board for his picture "DON 1918".
That year he came back to Lugansk and in a three years' time Sergey
Kondrashov became a member of the National Union of Ukrainian
Artists. Since then his paintings have been presented at many
exhibitions, printed in textbooks for art schools, sold to many
private collections and bought by some of the Ukrainian museums.
